Responsibilities
- Performs daily related PM checks to inspection and line side tools. Performs daily quality checks.
- Loads and unloads materials from process line equipment to maintain efficient production and prevent stops. Changes rolls of material.
- Performs manual operations of line by bypassing automatic system so that line can continue running during maintenance and calibration.
- Organizes and maintains cleanliness in the work area.
- Monitors process line up/downtime, yield statistics, and line trouble and completes reports documenting this information.
- Responsible for machine startup and mold changeover.
- Monitors process for quality control.
- Troubleshoots' equipment problems and performs minor equipment repair and part changing.
- Verifies temperature, water flow, amps, motors, gauges, resin temperature and manual feed rates in process line twice each shift to ensure that all are within tolerances for producing high quality toner.
- Operates overhead crane to move materials for weighing and dumping.
- Performs raw material handling duties (e.g., manually hauls toner bags, dumps toner) used in toner manufacturing process and ensuring mixing machines are mixing properly.
- Responsible for operation of complex automated disassembly lines. Includes monitoring process, and maintaining optimal equipment functionality.
- Prepares disassembly line start-up and shut-down functions (e.g., setting-up equipment, testing, loading, cleaning).
- Investigates machine stops and relays finding to PM to expedite equipment repairs.
- Run test cartridges and production line to assist QA/PM staff and / or Engineering.
Qualifications

- Position requires high school diploma or GED and some process operations or related manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must be able to read and follow work standards and complete check sheets, forms and logs.
