ABOUT THE TEAM SAPs global Customer Success organization is focused on helping ensure our customers have the finest possible experience, derive the greatest possible value, and the best possible business outcome. Within Customer Success, North Americas Intelligent Spend and Business Network (NA ISBN) team drives the revenue engine for SAPs spend management portfolio. This role will sit within the NA ISBN Program Office to support key initiatives and programs being driven by the SVP and COO. Newtown Square, PA is the North America headquarters for SAP. While all internships are predominantly virtual, the Newtown Square office is open for those who would prefer the option to come in. WHAT YOULL DO Position Title:SAP iXp Intern - Digital Media & Communications [Newtown Square, PA] Location: Newtown Square, PA Expected Start Date: January 2022 Contract Duration: 6 to 12 months In this role, youll: - Create video content and assets in support of internal all-hands calls, customer win stories, and field enablement - Help develop and refine the NA ISBN internal communications strategy and tactics - Introduce new and engaging methods of communication for maximum impact within the organization - Learn about SAPs external brand strategy and approach, and explore all of the avenues in which SAP engages with our customers and prospects - Complete a final project for presentation to the SVP and COO of NA ISBN. Topic to be agreed upon in first two weeks of assignment WHO YOU ARE Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. - Ability to work 20 hours per week during standard business hours (8am 5pm). Final schedule is flexible and can be discussed with hiring manager - Must have a high school degree or equivalent; and must be enrolled in accredited university/college program - Experience in video editing software (either Camtasia, After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Photoshop, or Premier) - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) - Excellent written and verbal skills - Self-directed and able to work without supervision FOLLOW @SAPIXP ON INSTAGRAM AND DONT MISS ANYTHING ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCES WORLDWIDE!
