Job Description

Provide daily support to Project Managers
Collect, compile, track, manage, and respond to program data calls from the Project Managers
Assist Project Managers with the monitoring and tracking of project objectives.
Develop project metrics (manhours, schedule, dashboard data)
Offer senior leadership sound analysis to allow data-driven decisions.
Perform quality assurance (QA)/quality control (QC) of project schedules and dashboards along with proactively developing ways of mitigating any potential risks.
Support Project Managers with assessments, reporting, planning, and long-term forecasting.
Work independently and across a broad community of interest to produce project reports, dashboards, plans, and conduct data analysis.
Assist technical leads and managers with interacting with Government activities, contact stakeholders, and technical community members to review and document technical progress as well as provide scheduling updates at project reviews as needed.
Participate in special projects with additional duties, as assigned.
Ability to travel (<10%)

Job Requirements

1 to 5 years of experience with developing, assessing, and managing project schedules.
Experience in applying data mining, data modeling, scripting languages, and programming languages (VBA).

Experience employing spreadsheets for data manipulation and visualization.

Experience applying complex mathematical and statistical concepts.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)

Expert in the use of MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Word, MS Access, MS Project Knowledge of Oracle Primavera preferred PMP and/or PMI-SP Certification desired Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent work experience field desired
