Home Health Aides and those hired as PCA (Personal Care Aide) will perform basic and routine patient care, such as personal hygiene, toileting, meal preparation, and feeding, checking vital signs, intake/output, ambulation, and assisting patients with transfer from/to bed, toilet and other areas of the home. Those hired in the PCA role will provide personal care services
