Education, Training and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) year's QC experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and computer skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated quality control tests on raw materials and finished products.
• Set up and calibrate testing equipment.
• Use measurement tools to ensure product specifications are followed.
• Report safety issues.
• Document quality checks.
• Manage and maintain all production documentation, including database for all terminals by Part Number/Serial Number and all corresponding key codes.
• Train and monitor QC temp staff.
• Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing QC personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Flexibility to work 1^st or 2^nd shift, or overtime as demands increase/decrease.
