Demonstrates clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards and to coach or teach others specific to the designated specialty. Works collaboratively as a team leader with facility/division leaders, physicians, other department personnel and community healthcare providers to achieve high quality and high satisfaction healthcare outcomes for patients.
Associate's Degree with 2 years additional experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree is acceptable. Licensed professionals are required to keep their professional license current. 3 years experience clinical/business sectors required.
