Hours: 0800-1700

Position Location:In-office

Pay starting at: $ 60,000/year

Position Summary:

The Regional Resource Lead position is multifaceted. This fast-paced role affords the ability to work closely with Trusted Medical leadership in spearheading growth and business development opportunities. The Regional Resource Lead will coordinate and track the practitioner's monthly schedules including leave usage, schedule changes, and adjusting internal tracking mechanisms to improve access and billing procedures. The Regional Resource lead will foster client relationships by collaborating with our internal staff, leadership, and vendors. The role includes assisting with administrative duties. Additionally, the Regional Resource lead will develop a strong collaborative relationship with the regional support staff and medical assistants to procure and maintain an organizational repository for all scheduling, inventory, compliance, and regulatory documents. The Regional Resource lead will create new processes with supporting policies to streamline efficiencies and ensure accountability for stakeholders in all clinics. The Regional Resource lead will be a contributing member of the Trusted Medical core team. This position commands a personality that is easily adaptive to change with a keen sense of identifying any performance outliers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ability to independently review and audit internal processes such as competencies and associated written documentation
  • Educate employees regarding travel and expense report processes
  • Create and implement tracking methods for organizational contracts
  • Strong organizational skills with a Microsoft background and proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Plan and manage practitioners' schedules in conjunction with our contracting partners to expedite Veteran care
  • Prepare compliance-related reports and maintenance logs
  • Oversee equipment and inventory ordering process with associated metrics
  • Provide daily support to both East and West regions of the organization to improve overall clinic efficiencies, and employee and Veteran satisfaction.
  • Perform moderate physical work; may be required to lift to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently, performing such activities as bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively coordinate changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in healthcare administration, nursing, or associated allied health programs
  • Five years' experience in clinic or hospital-related environments
  • Experience working with practitioners regarding scheduling and billing (preferred)
  • 2 years of Previous experience in an outpatient medical facility or clinic management (preferred)
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Experience supervising other personnel, focusing on productivity, time, and attendance, and establishing new processes related to clinic efficiencies.
