About This Role:

Forrester is seeking a summer Graphic Design Intern to join a cross-disciplinary team designing a global brand. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to gain experience designing graphics, illustrations, images, and documents to be used on Forrester's websites, in-person and virtual events, and social media channels. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with a range of marketing functions including design, web operations, social media, demand generation, customer marketing, and more. This role will report to the creative director and be based in Forrester's Norwalk, CT office.

Job Description:

  • Learn and maintain brand standards.
  • Design materials such as blog and social media images, iconography, website graphics, marketing and events collateral, presentations, signage, information graphics, and e-books.
  • Iterate based on feedback.
  • Participate in design and project status meetings.
  • Maintain and archive files and perform regular job file backup.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team.

Job Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a graphic design degree.
  • Understanding of design theory and typography principles.
  • Skilled with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with manager and colleagues.
  • Nice to have: Motion design, video, animation, or user interface design skills.
