U.S. Electrical Services, Inc./Maurice Electric is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to strategically prospect and grow business relationships. This position will be based at our Chespeake, VA location.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs in all markets and develop solutions to maximize sales penetration and market share.
• Establish and execute action plans to penetrate and grow developmental accounts.
• Interact with Executive Management., Branch Management., and Product Specialists to assist in regional prospecting.
• Attend both product and sales skills training for continual growth and improvement in the position.
• Utilization of USESI / HZ Marketing reports to effectively penetrate target accounts.
• Provide continual reporting on progress to Management team on opportunities and barriers to entry.
• Prompt resolution of all customer issues.
• Travel to branch offices and customer locations as needed.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience within the electrical industry
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient with computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Detailed oriented and excellent work ethic
• Excellent time management and strong organizational skills
• Driven to succeed, motivated by rewards and incentives
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Can handle objection and adversity with ease and professionalism
