Nokia of America Corporation, Sr. Solution Integration Specialist (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX.

SALARY RANGE: $117,000 - $166,400 per year

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)


Nokia of America Corporation, Sr. Solution Integration Specialist (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX.Perform Integration and customization of Nokia Cloud solutions and 3rd party platforms to meet customer requirements. Design network test cases to execute functionality and stability tests considering various scenarios. Perform software maintenance, including bug fixes and remote support for customer on site issues. Create, deploy, test, and integrate new services based on the operator's processes on service integration and business management systems. Participate and contribute to the design reviews. Perform problem isolation and resolution to determine root cause of network issues. Work with the delivery team, R&D and the customer on projects including e911 and commercial LBS (cLBS) solutions. Utilize containerized applications such as Kubernetes and Docker and advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems when verifying solution functions per customer requirements. Develop Kubernetes deployment scripts to attach containers on specific networks. Work closely with pre-sales, architects, and planning engineers to ensure the solution is delivered per design. Perform cloud and network integration services by leveraging transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation. Work on the resolution of critical design related issues blocking integration, validation, acceptance obligations, and customer design issues. Identify and design effective end-to-end solutions and network architecture to meet customer needs. Work closely with Project Managers to support project planning and execution. #LI-DNI


JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, and 6 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 6 years of experience with the following: 5G/LTE/VOLTE/VoWiFi Networks and Call flows; 5G SBA Architecture and 5G components; 4G/5G Telecommunication standards including 3gpp and sip protocols for location service; Cloud technologies: Infra/CaaS platforms, Openstack, Docker and Kubernetes; Scripting in Bash and Python and IP routing and troubleshooting using Wireshark; Service and Network Orchestration with VNFO (VNF Orchestrator) including Cloudify, Brocade, HP, and TailF; IP Multimedia System (IMS, HSS, CSCF, TAS), Telecom Application Servers (TAS), EPC (Evolved Packet Core (EPC) , MME and S/P GW), and Linux OS; and Cloud Security tools and techniques including Automated Cloud configuration with Puppet and Chef.

Domestic travel up to 20% required.

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted, up to 30%.
