Primary Responsibilities:
The Vice President is responsible for the go-forward vision and execution of the Federal Civilian business unit. The leader must be growth-focused and develop a strategy to scale the business in the Federal Civilian market. The VP will develop deep relationships in working with our customers and grow our business through these relationships. They will also develop deep working relationships with other vendor partners to expand our presence in the market through these relationships. They will seek out new opportunities that fit Ad Hoc's core capabilities, and will lead efforts to capture those opportunities, and build a team that can scale these efforts. The VP must also be a people leader and mentor that employs a strategic vision to effectively manage their department to deliver against organizational goals. You will serve as the primary leader and decision maker for the Federal Civilian Business Unit, responsible for achieving profit and loss, delivery, and growth goals. A Vice President is expected to effectively communicate and execute against organizational objectives, and serves as a champion for organizational policies and procedures. The Vice President must exhibit strong leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to lead through others to deliver against organizational and financial objectives.
