As our Front Office Manager, you will supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk staff to maximize revenues and profits while attaining optimal guest and associate satisfaction. You will assume responsibility for the day-to-day running of the hotel. How exciting!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate our talented front office team to deliver stellar performances every day.
  • Ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences, guest interactions, and guest satisfaction.
  • Continuously refine our front office operations to hit all the right notes of efficiency and excellence.
  • Collaborate across departments and maintain a seamless communication and coordination.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A natural leader with the ability to lead a team to greatness.
  • 3 to 4 years of previous experience in the hospitality industry; preferrable in the Front Office department.
  • Turning customer service interactions into unforgettable experiences.
  • Able to keep the beat in a fast-paced environment, with a talent for improvisation.
  • A sharp eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of our guest experience hits the right note.
