Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Operations Consultant for an opportunity with a client located in Des Moines.

Responsibilities:

• Determining the scope of operational improvement initiatives via consultation and evaluation
• Developing operational improvement strategies
• Recommending cost-effective solutions to operational challenges
• Restructuring departments and defining employee roles
• Facilitating training initiatives and promoting best practices
• Overseeing the implementation of operational improvement strategies
• Performing cost calculations and coordinating budgets
• Collaborating across departments to set realistic operational targets and timeframes
• Documenting processes, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports
• Integrating new technologies and promoting adherence to industry standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in management science, business administration, or in a related field
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in operations consultancy in a similar industry
• Extensive knowledge of operational enhancement strategies
• Proficiency in data analysis and business management software
• Superb leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
