Overview
 Three Pillar Global is searching for an experienced .NET Engineer. The most competitive candidates will display a strong understanding of Three Pillar Global’s objectives, strategy and values. You will add your skills and years of experience to an all ready established team of talented consultants that all work towards the same goal of meeting our client’s needs. This individual should maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regard to accessibility, usability and emerging technologies and keep team members informed as appropriate with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.
Requirements

• Willingness to work anywhere in the Washington DC Metro area
• Experience and/or knowledge of the Consulting Industry
• Commitment to teamwork, processes, and planning in order to ensure the success of the project and client objectives
• An uncanny ability to communicate with other team members, project management and clients

Technical Skills

• Should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft .?NET Framework Class Libraries 2.?0, 3.?0, & 3.?5, C# 2.?0 & 3.?0
• Experience with Agile Software Development practices.
• Experience and/or willingness to participate in Extreme Programming Practices such as pair programming, unit testing, and test driven development.
